How does online coaching work?

After signing up, you’ll receive an intake form so I can learn your goals, experience level, and lifestyle. Then I create your personalized plan and provide ongoing support through weekly check-ins, form check videos, and messaging.

What happens after I purchase a plan?

Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email with a client intake questionnaire, and instructions for your first steps. Then your plan begins.

Can beginners sign up?

Absolutely. I coach all levels, from first-time lifters to advanced athletes. Every program is customized for your experience and comfort level.

What if I have injuries or limitations?

I can adjust your program to work around most injuries, mobility issues, or restrictions. Just list them on your intake form.

Is there a refund policy?

Because coaching is personalized, all purchases are non-refundable, but you can contact me anytime if you need adjustments or help.

What ages do you coach?

All clients with TAP must be 18+

How do payments work?

All payments can be made from the Services page by clicking the Purchase button under your desired service. Payments are made through Stripe. Monthly plans are set to reoccurring monthly payments. If you need to cancel your subscription, do so through the Stripe website or contact me immediately.
